Day 81...worked in the garden today....

it is nice today, alittle over cast ,but hey...nice to work in the garden....

 

I picked up my first Blueberry bush yesterday, Blue Ray plant it today.

 

 

The area before the drawer will be trying to plant the three sisters way of planting

First corn, then pole beans then squash

 

 

This is what the area looked like before I planted the blueberry

 

a row of blueberries, then a row of raspberries( black and red)

that s my plan right now

 

I cleaned and cut and dug up this wild rose bush...yes I do like roses, but this one is wild and did not bloom last year...and I wanted it gone...to make room for some other things, such as blueberries....I am thinking about 5 or 6 plants...about the same for the raspberries as well

Here they are all planted it up....I got Earlybird Cardinal, Miss Tinkerbell, Rosy returns, ruby Stella, romantic rose, pardon me, happy returns, laugh and sing, American revolution.....I hope they all do good....and am very anxious to see them bloom

A look at one of the beds in veggie land area of the garden....I have radishes sprouting up by leaps and bounds....lettuce sprouting up as well, and green onions.....yummmmmmmm

 

I planted these 3 solid green spider plants up, yes they are sometimes called airplane plants....house plants...they are all ready to go to their new homes.

 

I will b going back outside in a little while to work some more on the garden, in which is very relaxing to be outside and listening to the birds sing,
