Day 180...cloudy today

Last night they was forecasting storms, but not here ...up north got them...Chance for more storms today...later on this afternoon/evening...it is cooler then usual here in the Ozarks...

a view of the clouds last night

two different types of cannas, they look the same to me
the first one is suppose to be the black leaf variety

a different view of the Indian corn

Melon mist

Going Bananas Daylily
I got this one at Wally world on clearance last year
I am so happy it bloomed what it is suppose to be

I decided to clean out this bed and move it over
so I can mow around it...this is the long row of beds in Strawberry fields
I dug up irises, surprise lilies, mint,...tulips, Daffodils

I replanted some of them
and this is how the bed looks like now
I think this will be a lot of work, but it must be done
so I can mow around the bed and in between the grapes and this long bed

now to work on the other three beds that are in this row
I might break up the beds alittle more...to make four beds instead of the three that is in this row
maybe I need to explain that the long bed is broke up into three different sections...
I want to make It 4 different sections...I think it would be much better looking ,maybe

I hope you all
ENJOY!

Day 178...cool outside today...

We have a cool weekend, only in the lower 80s today and tomorrow...so maybe I can do some weeding done unless my back/legs give out one me...

New bed
I have planted in this bed 3 new daylilies
Cimarron knight, Avon Crystal Rose, and blackberry candy
I think I might need a couple more daylilies planted in here, maybe about three
I also planted a regular cucumber in the middle
I really don't know what I will call this area, maybe daylily heaven

This is a lemon cucumber developing

a cantaloupe developing

the green canna leaf

I have decided to just call this daylily the red spider, it will possibly stay in this bed. I want this bed to be only red plant in this be where it is.
But then again I might replant it somewhere else
it is more beautiful in person then the picture.

I hope you all
ENJOY!
