Day 153....overcast skies today...

it is over cast today...and starting to heat up at least in the afternoon...I am now a mom of a college student....

I am cleaning out this bed and making a new one...

to plant more iris and daylilys

                                                     the irises I dug out of the bed

 

 

the new bed...I know I need more dirt in the bed

I seen something in a book on permaculture

I am adapting a design I seen in the book

for this area....

 

4 x 4 beds with daylilies and iris then in-between the bed along the fence side plant a blackberry brier......then on the other side have 4 X 4 beds as well

I know it will take some time to get this done as with my back the way it is right now

 

I thin that is enough for now
