Day 267..I'm here..

Yes I am here ...after a trip to the ER last night...i lost control of my urine yesterday, don't know what caused it or if it will happen again...lumbar region of my spine is ok...in which is good...
my bladder just was full of urine and need a place to go and it went south....instead of north...
if it happens again i will be sent to a specialist.....
