day 225...alittle cool this morning...

it was cool this morning ..I would say about in the 60s lower 70s...was able to clean out a certain bed close to some red wasp at least where they hang around....so now need to find a place to put the irises I dug up at.....

my Indian corn is leaning from the weight of the pole beans
three sisters is somewhat planted here as well

sunflower in bloom
sorry so dark

I worked on this bed as well this morning...cleaning it out

found one of the culprits that have eating in my garden
my rooster buddy

before I started cleaning out the bed I harvested some
beans, okra....then started harvesting the lemon cucumbers
while I cleaned them or rather pull up the vines

just a in between pic

sorry about the blurriness
this is all of the lemon cucumber vines
watermelon vines

the bed is now cleaned...minus the watermelon
in which I went ahead and picked it and cleaned the bed of it as well
and trimmed the shrub in the back of the bed
in which I do believe is a ninebark

the harvest
now what do I do with these cucumbers

well that is all for now
so
I hope you all
ENJOY!

more bush beans getting ready to bloom

wanting these peppers to turn red so when I harvest them I can harvest the seeds as well
they are yellow banana peppers

my fruits of my labor in the garden...

Day 171...gonna be a scorcher today...

yes, after all of the rain we now have a chance to dry out a bit...or play in the mud in the garden...I did just that...

I harvested my potatoes, all of them

The bed after the potatoes were harvested
a lot of rich soil, seen some nice healthy worms while digging
                                     the potatoes out

harvest my first green beans as well

my first hosta bloom
this is I think called gold standard, but not for sure it is a wal-mart find a couple of years ago
sorry not very many pics today...I worked on pulling the weeds out of one section of the garden...I was playing in the mud

so
I hope you all
ENJOY!
