day 4

It is so cold and windy outside...I didn't linger too long outside. took my pictures for the day and got back inside where it is warm...and its snowing...

like I said a quick walkthrough the gardens this morning....this picture is the Angel garden walkway, in the upper portion...am thinking of planting it like a cottage garden and according to some things I read the paths are curved...so I curved them a bit...at least this area...but it s not written in stone..

 

another bed undone this bed is on the outside of the rows of blackberry briers

I know I need to lay newspaper and put some dirt here..

 

this bed is in Strawberry fields area of the garden

a pink peace tea rose, I think it might be a tea rose though

peonies are also planted in this bed ...

I plant my cannas here in this bed as well

when spring is here and after the frost is longer with us

 

this bed is in veggie land..

has a red rose, I transplanted it here out of the yard, I am thinking it was suppose to be blue but didn't save the papers from it...irises and a lilac is planted in this bed

a daylily that I picked up at dollar general on clearance, in which I divided it in half and plant one on each side of the rose...the one bloomed and it didn't look like what it was suppose to look like...the name of the daylily is Catherine Woodbury...
