Day 104...cool today...

It is a lot cooler today then it has been, in the 60s...We also have a chance of rian later on this afternoon...we have a chance of rain all week...I was going to put out the tomatoes and peppers , that I plan on keeping for myself...but the future forecast is calling for temps in the 40s later on in the week...so I have decided to wait until this weekend....and hopefully...I can get them planted...

 

I soon will be having blueberry blossoms

 

 

Look what I found growing up in one of the veggie beds

 

                                           So I decided I would dig it up and try something

 

So I rolled up some chicken wire

                                             I added some leaves, place the potato in the center

 

added some more leaves

I will adding more compost type material here as well( Rabbit Manure)

 

 

this is the bed that the potato came from....

my peas are coming along nicely

I so need to plant more in this bed...

I have a tomato plant I am going to plant here along with some cucumber and beans

I rotated the crops that I planted in the bed next to it will be here this year

My potatoes I think are ready for some covering, so I added more boards

 

and added some dirt this time...

I will try and alternate between dirt and compost type material

one of the hostas I planted last year...is sprouting up

this one is solid green I got it from dollar general on clearance

 

 

The green hosta in the previous pic is planted here in the blackberry lane area of the garden...this area has been weeded...I have to pulled the weeds by hand since there is rocks here in this area
